August 2022: London Marriott Hotel Regents Park introduces a new alfresco terrace in partnership with Mionetto to commemorate aperitivo hour. Those unable to escape to the Italian sun this summer, can still enjoy a taste of the dolce vita and sample a selection of prosecco spritzes and classic Italian cocktails.

Nested in the heart of North London, the Aperitivo Bar & Terrace with Mionetto is attached to the hotel’s Carluccio’s restaurant and is decked with sea blue parasols, terracotta-coloured cushions and surrounded by natural greenery.

The Mediterranean-inspired menu features a Classic Aperol Spritz (£10) as no summer is complete without one, Mionetto by the glass (£10) for the refined palette, Mionetto Limoncello Spritz (£10) which sets the scene for the perfect sundowner and a Negroni Sbagliato  (£10)- salute!

Guests can also toast to aperitivo o’clock daily from 7-9pm and enjoy any second spritz or cocktail half price. To accompany the tipples, the terrace offers a selection of tasty antipasti dishes to share including pane carasau, 24-month aged Parma ham, Spianata Calabrese, Finocchiona salami, artichoke, semi dried tomatoes, chargrilled courgettes and olives.

For those looking for something heartier can indulge in fresh pizzas and pastas or finish the evening in true Italian style with a gelato, all served from Carluccio’s menu.
