After a two-year hiatus, London’s spectacular New Year’s Eve firework display is set to return with a bang. This year, London Marriott Hotel County Hall offers front row seats to experience the show and will provide exclusive access to Westminster Bridge for Gala Dinner attendees. For those wanting to upgrade, guests can also book a Balcony Suite boasting a private terrace to ring in the New Year in style.

Festive Afternoon Tea in The Library:
Guests can get merry and enjoy the twinkling Christmas lights across South Bank with a sumptuous Afternoon Tea in The Library, and for those wanting to gaze at the newly restored Big Ben or iconic landmarks in closer detail, binoculars will also be available to accompany the experience.
The Library’s festive menu features freshly baked Christmas Pudding scones served with signature ‘Tiptree’ County Hall jam, Dorset clotted cream and ‘Tiptree’ brandy butter. Guests will also enjoy a selection of festive themed pastries in ode to Big Ben including The Queen Elizabeth Tower, Big Ben and Clock Face. After an indulgent tea, diners can take a wintery walk down South Bank which is located a stone’s throw away from the hotel and enjoy the traditional Christmas market with an array of different stalls.
Festive Afternoon Tea is available from late November to early January, Monday – Friday, 2 - 6pm and Saturday – Sunday, 12 - 6pm. Traditional Afternoon Tea starts from £55 or £65 with a glass of Champagne, and free-flowing sparkling wine is available from £71.
Christmas Day Lunch or Dinner at Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar:
Christmas Day is a time for family, so why not take time out from all the planning and prep to really enjoy it. Families can toast the season and enjoy a decadent Christmas lunch or dinner, with all the trimmings, overlooking London’s iconic landmarks, and someone else takes care of the washing up. The menu includes whiskey cured salmon, traditional turkey in pig ‘n’ blanket style, crispy potatoes roasted to perfection and Christmas Pudding balls.

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar:
Guests can ring in the New Year with unrivalled views of the River Thames and enjoy a bespoke menu featuring a selection of Gillray's specialties created by Executive Chef, Jamie Welch, all paired with expertly chosen wines. A band will provide live music and exclusive access to the city’s long-awaited return of the firework display on Westminster Bridge will keep everyone mesmerised and provide the perfect setting to welcome in 2023.
