Gillray's Steakhouse & Bar is celebrating Yorkshire Pudding Day with a twist!

Renowned for serving the finest cuts of premium beef and English produce at its best, in a setting that boasts London’s best views, Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar invites diners to change the way they look at the Yorkshire pudding and leave the traditional club sandwich in the past.

Fans of Yorkshire puds will marvel at the Yorkie Club, a towering dish with tomato chutney and bacon jam spread below an enormous Yorkshire pudding (instead of bread), topped with aged sirloin steak slices from local butcher O’Shea’s, a fried duck egg and red wine jus.

The creator behind the signature dish, Chef Jamie Welch shares “We did a twist on the classic club sandwich and tried to make it more like a steakhouse. We took all the elements from traditional club sandwiches and supplemented them out for steakhouse ingredients and more English ingredients.

On 4th February 2022, Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar will be celebrating Yorkshire Pudding Day by offering every diner a complimentary Yorkshire Pudding with a cheese dip on arrival.
