Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan Hotel treats guests to panoramic views of Yerevan’s captivating landscape, blending history with modernity. The hotel incorporates the Courtyard by Marriott’s new ‘European Spirit’ signature design, which was launched in Europe in late 2023. This refreshed design approach spotlights the use of natural materials and textiles with fresh-looking finishes, creating a modern, timeless and functional environment exuding contemporary European style, with localised accents representing the destination. 

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by an airy two-story ceiling lobby adorned with a welcoming fireplace and a soothing neutral colour palette. The space is accentuated by a harmonious fusion of natural elements such as marble, oak, and brass. Additionally, the lobby is home to The Market, a retail concept by Courtyard that features a broad selection of grab-and-go culinary delights, beverages, and travel essentials. The sleek and inviting lounge area features contemporary wooden fixtures and plush armchairs adorned in charcoal and mustard Courtyard tweeds, creating an atmosphere of modern comfort. Transitioning from the lounge, guests are invited into the intimate ambiance of the After-Work Cocktail Room, a retreat offering an extensive selection of signature cocktails amidst a pop-up store of culture and coffee table books. 

The hotel features 172 guestrooms and suites, all thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on flexibility and a smart layout tailored to the needs of modern travellers. Decorated in calming neutral tones, they honour the locale with wall prints and a mirror panel featuring illustrations of the Armenian historic architectural sights. Guests can settle comfortably into a modern platform bed anchored by a soft green headboard. The guestrooms also feature a soft cognac brown luggage bench that seamlessly integrates with a smartly designed unit, which serves as a wardrobe with a full-length mirror and a cupboard. Guests can take advantage of the hybrid lounge seating with a rotating desk that provides a cosy corner to lounge or work, and modern connectivity with various USB charging ports for digital devices. In-room entertainment is provided with the 55-inch HDTV that features a casting function for streaming movies or music from guests’ mobile phones or tablets. Additional services such as PressReader and Marriott Bonvoy Fitness on Demand are available through the digital guestroom brochure. The new RFID locking system allows guests to enter their rooms via a digital room key on the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App.

Beyond the restaurant awaits a summer terrace with sweeping city views, making it the perfect spot to socialise and relax. 

Catering to the requirements of business guests, the hotel provides a dedicated co-working area designed for enhanced productivity outside of guest rooms. The versatile meeting space offers rooms with various seating arrangements, enabling events accommodating up to 180 people. A fully-equipped boardroom comes complete with an 86-inch interactive flat panel screen and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided across all areas.

On the ninth floor the Courtyard Yerevan hosts a fully furnished gym, allowing guests to uphold their wellbeing routine while away from home. Open 24/7, the fitness centre offers a panoramic view of the city and Technogym equipment supported by both Technogym and Skillrow mobile apps. A hydration station is also available for guests to take a break and refuel. Wellness-loving guests can unwind at the Spa Center which offers a variety of treatments including massages, facials and more.
