London Marriott Hotel County Hall launches a series of innovative dining experiences and partnerships to celebrate Veganuary 2023

4th January - Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar has collaborated with New-Meat pioneer Redefine Meat introducing exciting new dishes in celebration of Veganuary.
The menu showcases four special dishes including Redefine’s New-Meat range that include 3D printed plant-based Beef flank steaks and Redefine Burger delivering the texture and characteristics of a beef that even meat-lovers will be impressed with - Char-Grilled Beef Flank (£31), The Westminster’ Beef Flank (26), Gillray’s Redefined Burger £25), and Cottage Pie (£25) - all made using Redefine Meat’s cutting-edge technologies, providing a full sensory experience of high-quality meat while being produced from wheat starch, soy and pea proteins, chickpeas, barley, beetroot, nutritional yeasts and coconut fat.
Housed in London Marriott Hotel County Hall, Gillray’s Steakhouse is renowned for serving the finest cuts of premium beef and English produce at its best. Diners will now marvel with the option to sample meat-free dishes to tickle their buds with breathtaking views overlooking the River Thames, London Eye and Big Ben on London's Southbank, ideally located to enjoy a quintessentially British dining experience with a twist! Diners will also be invited to enjoy Gillray’s non-alcoholic Gin Of The Month with Everleaf’s drink to celebrate Dry January.
The Library | Vegan Afternoon Tea
Diners can also opt to continue the vegan feast in The Library for a delicious Vegan Afternoon Tea that includes a choice of all the classic favourites with a fresh and modern take - from Blackcurrant Tofu Mousse pastries to finger sandwiches with vegan fillings such as Pickled Forest Mushroom, Beetroot and Avocado Hummus, Roasted Bell Pepper Tikka Masala, a selection of freshly baked scones that include ‘The Library’ Strawberry Jam, chantilly vegan cream with Lemon Curd and Golden Raisin scones there's plenty to choose from for vegan eaters that can be enjoyed.
The Vegan Afternoon Tea - Monday – Friday, 2 - 6pm and Saturday – Sunday, 12 - 6pm. Vegan Afternoon Tea starts from £55 or £65 with a glass of Champagne.
